![]() I'm going to take in about 3,500 calories per day, 315 grams protein, include some T-boosters and pre-workout supplements into my diet and take a casein-based protein every night. ![]() 14, so yesterday I started this little program I decided to call "3 Weeks of Madness." The objective, build as much strength and muscularity as possible. I finished my second round this past Wednesday and took a couple days off. The beauty of the X is that you can really cater it to whatever your goals are. Thanks - I've been a regular over at the Beachbody Message Boards for a few months and the responses have been, well, humbling. ![]()
